Shira Wein Commits to Elmira College
Mission congratulates senior goaltender Shira Wein
on her commitment to Elmira College.
Shira began playing at 11 years old and is in her 4th season at the Mission. She says “Mission has helped develop me. I have loved playing at this high level of hockey and have made some lifelong friends.” Shira’s highlights included several standout performances in the biggest games. She possesses great character and is a good teammate to all.
She said she choose Elmira because “I love the school culture and hockey program. They also have a good science department and I really like the smaller class sizes.”
