Peyton O’Neill Commits to Long Island
Chicago Mission congratulates senior defenseman Peyton O’Neill on her commitment to Long Island University.
Peyton began playing hockey at 5 years old, and has played at the Mission for 6 seasons. Her top hockey memory is winning a National Championship with her Mission teammates. A Mission memory that has impacted her is the Pink in the Rink fundraiser games. Peyton loves the event for the help it provides others. At LIU, Peyton plans on pursuing a finance degree. She chose the Sharks because of “The coaching staff, team culture, and career opportunities provided by a business school within New York City.”
