Missions Girls 19U Zack Commits to Nazareth College

Mission congratulates senior defensemen Allison Zack
on her commitment to Nazareth College.

Allison began playing hockey at age 3 and has been with the Mission for 6 years. When asked about her experience she said. “Mission gave me a forever family and my best friends! I knew I always had people to rely on and to help if needed! No matter what is going on in my life there is always someone to lean on at Mission. The Chicago Mission Girls program is not just a hockey program it’s a family! From supporting each other, laughing with each other and helping each other with homework on tournaments these girls I have played with the past seven years have became sisters to me and girls that will forever be in my life no matter what! To the Coaches who have helped me reached this point, none of this would of been possible without you, from the countless amount of tears and smiles you guys have helped me become the young lady I am today!”

Her proudest accomplishments include 3 medals at Nationals and a 4.0 GPA.

When asked about her college choice, Allison said “I officially got into Nazareths nursing program and I want to pursue my dreams of becoming a travel and pediatric nurse! As a child I was in and out of hospital due to having SVT as a baby so being in the medical field was a must for me to give back to all the amazing nurses who helped me be the healthy, athlete I am today!
The minute I stepped on Nazareths campus I fell in love with it! Being able to pursue both of my dreams of playing college hockey and studying to be a Nurse is an opportunity I could not pass up! After receiving multiple D1 offers, I realized that being able to play the sport I love and study for the major that I have always wanted since I was young was the best scenario for me! I’m also excited to play for Coach Baudo and the successful program he has built in 5 short years. I felt a great family vibe at Naz, just like the Mission.”

Congratulations to the entire Zack Family!
