Rettell Commits to Holy Cross
Chicago Mission congratulates senior forward Laine Rettell on her commitment to the College of the Holy Cross.
Laine has played with Mission for 5 years. She is a talented power forward and a great teammate. Laine has made 3 USA Hockey National Development Camps and also excels in the classroom, achieving high honors.
Laine looks forward to joining Coach Katie Lachapelle’s Crusaders next season saying, “I chose Holy Cross because of the amazing athletics, team culture, and I can see myself in that student body”.
Laine’s major is currently undecided. When reflecting on her Mission experience she stated, “Mission has pushed me to new levels in my hockey career and I am forever grateful to all the coaches who have helped me realize my goals.”
