CONGRATULATIONS and welcome to the CHICAGO MISSION
Family for the 2026-27 Tier I AAA Hockey season!

The Chicago Mission AAA Hockey organization prides itself on producing great athletes and exceptional individuals. A core part of our organization is giving back to the community. We may have various opportunities this year for our players and families to participate in events to support charities and our community. We will be communicating with the teams throughout the season about these events.

By signing the player card and fact sheet you are agreeing to pay all financial obligations. If the 2026-27 Mission season is postponed with ability to continue, payments towards fees will be processed as scheduled. If the season is cancelled a prorated refund or credit will be issued based on length and services provided through cancellation.

IMPORTANT:
Registration must be filled out by both Player & Parent/Guardian.
Both signatures will be required.

You must complete the entire package in order for the process to be complete.
There are NO save options; if you exit early you will have to start the process from the beginning.

If you have multiple children, each level has their own link.
Do not use the same link for all your children unless they are on the same team.
