PLAYER FEES:
$7,815 + $405 Equipment fee (Returning Players)
$850 Equipment Fee (New Players)
$500 worth of raffle tickets (50 tickets @ $10.00 each must be sold by each player)
The complete player fee will be collected at card signing. Payments will be collected via credit card or electronic fund transfer (EFT).
Payment structure is based on 19-20 players and is as follows; 30% payment is due at cards signing. The remaining 70% will be split into 5 equal payments September through January. Those due dates are 9/1/20, 10/1/20, 11/1/20, 12/1/20 and 1/1/21.

USA Hockey Fee:
AHAI has made it Mandatory for all players to register and purchase their USA Hockey Insurance online. For the 2020-2021 season registration is available now at:

Included in Fees:
On and Off Ice Training, State tournament, Regional Tournament, National Tournament, coaching stipend and coaches travel expenses are included.
Off-Ice Training:
Approximately twice per week provided by Goodman Elite Training and their certified trainers. (Included in fees)
Goalie Instruction:
Goalie Instruction for the upcoming season will be headed by Goalie Director
Ryan Honick
and GDI.
Skills Development:
Brian Keane
– Skills Development Director – working in conjunction with coaches for individual players development both on ice and through video analysis.
College Coordinator
Tom Mandarino
will oversee all communication with colleges coordinating all aspects of player advancement from grades and transcripts to college visits.
Girls Director:
Tony Cachey
will oversee Girls program
Fundraising:
$500.00 worth of Raffle Tickets. 50 tickets @ $10.00 each must be sold by each player. All Raffle payments will be due by Jan 15th, 2021. Drawing will be held on February 2, 2021.

Returning Player Package
Required of all returning players
$405.00 Total - includes; (2) Mission T-Shirts, (2) Mission Shorts, additional Mission-wear (TBD), pant shell, workout/travel bag, knit hat, practice socks, home and away game socks and practice jersey. Your Players equipment will not be ordered until all documents and payment are received. Full payment for all equipment packages due at card signing, payable to Chicago Mission

Acknowledgment
We intend to follow all IDPH guidelines throughout the season. By signing the player card and fact sheet you are agreeing to pay all financial obligations. We are currently under a worldwide pandemic with restrictions. If the 2020-21 Mission season is postponed with ability to continue, payments towards fees will be processed as scheduled. If the season is cancelled a prorated refund or credit will be issued based on length and services provided through cancellation.
