SMITH (2000) Commits to Wisconsin.

Mission’s BRADY SMITH (2000) commits to the University of Wisconsin.

Wisconsin head coach Mike Eaves has secured a verbal commitment from one of the top 2000 defenceman in the country. Chicago Mission’s Brady Smith chose Wisconsin over a few other top D1 schools.

“Hands down one of the best 2000 defenseman out there” said his Bantam Major coach Kevin Mann. “Brady’s offensive play has set him apart from the majority of defenseman in the entire country for his age. He’s an explosive, smooth, quick skater who is capable of making a great outlet pass, or jumping into the rush. Brady is also one of the strongest players pound for pound and can be a top shut down defenseman as well.

” Brady was an integral part of the Bantam Major National Championship Runner Up team and tallied 64 points in 71 games and sported a +96. The Chicago Mission would like to congratulate Brady and his parents (Mitch and Jennie) on this opportunity with the University of Wisconsin.
